Welcome to Homease Real Estate Co. We are excited to be hosting this year's Homease Fall Festival Kids Pick! Dog Costume Contest. We are extremely grateful for the opportunity to showcase our company and your favorite furry friends!

Your Kid Can be a Judge!
Your kid can be a judge! If your child is interested in being a judge,
please fill out the form below.
Each kid judge MUST be accompanied by a parent throughout the
duration of the event. We are looking for kids ages 7-11.
All parents who submit will be contacted a week before the
event—first come first served.
Your Dog Can Participate!
We are excited to see your dog walk the red carpet! If you would like
your dog to participate, please fill out the form below. Each dog
contestant will receive a COMPLIMENTARY red carpet photo courtesy of
Homease Real Estate. When filling out the form,
please select the category that BEST fits your pet's costume.

• BEST DUO (owner and pet duo-costume)
• PUPPY LOVE (for young pups)
• FAN FAVORITE
• AS-IS *too cute for a costume

Our kid judges will award the top dog in each category. Winners will be announced live. Red carpet photos will be emailed to your email address provided.

Rules for Contest
• For safety reasons: No aggressive dogs. If your dog is aggressive, does not do well in busy outdoor spaces, or with lots of people, or stuggles with loud noises, they should not enter this contest. *If your dog shows signs of aggressive behavior during the event, we reserve the right to withdraw your dog from the contest.
• Dogs must be leashed at all times.
• Dogs must be under the control of their respective owner at all times.
• Dog owners will be contacted the week the contest to confirm their show time. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to get in line.
• Your dog must be registered prior to the event by emailing: aryn@homeaserealestate.com. Registration closes 8/31/2026. Stage time is limited; this event will be filled on a first come first served basis.
• Showing on main stage will likely be 2-4 minutes.
